Abstract
Kaligesing is a sub-district in the Purworejo region, Central Java. Kaligesing is also a quite large area, consisting of many villages. The population is quite large. Most of the them are farmers, but there are some who have trading businesses, such as CV, UD and etcetera. Residents who own the business there can already market the products produced, but all are still felt unsatisfactory because the marketing process of the product is still in a small scope (only limited to the nearest area). These constraints are caused by the lack of facilities or access to a wider area. This study aims to create a website system that will increase the publication of product sales and the preparation of financial statements at UD. Gendhis Maju and make it easier for customers to buy products online so that customers can buy without having to come directly to the store. The research method used is the waterfall method. The design of this sales system consists of a data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram and interface design. This online sales system was built using web-based programming languages, namely PHP and MySQL as database servers. The results of this study are the existence of a web-based system that can be used as a medium for online sales transactions. In addition, the computerized system for online-based sales can benefit the UD. Gendhis Maju in processing product sales data and applying online-based system can facilitate customers in purchasing Java sugar products without having to come to the store.
