Abstract
In the conventional sales process mistakes and data recording often occur, and marketing still relies on strategic locations whose scope is limited to certain locations. The research objective is to produce a web-based clothing sales information system to reduce data errors, data loss and expand marketing reach. The system design uses a structured approach to the prototype development method, and by involving the client in development so as to provide guidance to developers about client needs quickly. Alpha and beta testing are done to show the system meets functional and non-functional requirements for all software features before developing into the product version. The system has a validation process for entering and processing data so that it can produce accurate information. Web-based clothing sales information system provides increased data accuracy and better data storage, digital transactions and provides faster information to consumers.
