Abstract
Dengue hemorrhagic fever, or commonly called DHF, is an infectious disease caused by a dengue virus carried by mosquitoes. Patients are often not aware of the symptoms that often arise. This resulted in delays in handling. The problem is, the lack of medical personnel who can serve patients at a certain time is one of the factors in the delay in handling. Therefore, we need a system that is able to carry out the process of diagnosing dengue fever at Tegalrejo Health Center, Yogyakarta City. The process of diagnosing dengue hemorrhagic fever will use the certainty factor (CF) method. The application of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Tegalrejo Health Center, Yogyakarta City is expected to be able to assist patients in the process of diagnosing dengue fever as early as possible. In conclusion, the application of dengue fever diagnosis using a certainty factor (CF) method has been built with an accuracy value of 60% from 10 test data that had been tested by the author.
