Abstract
Graha Manunggal Property is a company in the field of property which is located in Trimukti Square No 1-2, Jl. Kaliurang KM 10, Gentan, Ngangglik, Sleman, Yogyakarta, while Dealand Property is located at Jalan Bayu 9, Sinduharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Every year the number of interested persons and customers, especially in the area of land owner, is increasing along with the high development that occurs in Yogyakarta. Employees, who want to promote the land to customers, want information in real time whether the land they want to sell is still ready or sold out, however, in fulfilling this demand, the company still faces several obstacles such as the difficulty of accessing information related to the land offered by the company because there is no system that can provide the required information accurately and in real time. This study aims to help and facilitate the owner of the company to know the advantages and remaining property stock in the Graha Manunggal Company and Dealan Company. The results of the study are to produce a Distributed Database Replication System for the Finance Department Application that can facilitate the financial transaction process, especially the ordering and payment process. The system is able to distribute data from the head office to the branch office and making it easier for the owner to find out the benefits of the two companies.
