Abstract
A house is very important building as a place to live, every human desire to have a comfortable and decent home. But for some residents in Mangunharjo Village, Arjosari District, Pacitan there are still many residents who has not yet had a decent home. Mangunahrjo village has a work program to eliminate poverty, especially for residents who still have indecent homes, however, local government has not yet got the resident who is worthy obtain the aid accurately and precisely because the selection is still considered unfair. So Mangunharjo Village needs a recommendation system in order to make easier for the village government to select citizens who have rightful in receiving the aid accurately. Using the system which will be developed, hopefully it can be used to the maximum extent, so the selection can be conducted fairly and not subjectively by the government of Mangunharjo Village, so that, aid distribution of housing renovation is the right for residents who really need it. In this study, researcher used the weighted aggregated sum product assessment method as a calculation to determine the residents who need housing renovation. The system used is Java (Netbeans IDE 8.2) for making its program and XAMPP (MySQL, PHPMyAdmin) as its database. The results of this study are the highest ranking score that will get housing renovation aid according to the criteria and the inputted data.
