Abstract

CV Beni Jaya Mandiri is a group of farmers who have rice plantation in Kuda Gang Wadas Malang, Padasmalang, Bulakpacing, Dukuhwaru, Tegal, Central Java. CV Beni Jaya Mandiri still has obstacles in the production process of the same rice types because there is no scheduling system, so it makes ineffective in producing rice. Therefore, the scheduling system is required in order the calculation error process will not happen again in determining rice production. The profit gained using the scheduling system is to simplify CV Beni Jaya Mandiri in determining rice production, based on the amount of the rice, time required in grinding, the number of demands and existing rice supplies. Applying fuzzy for determining the amount of rice production is an application system built to determine the amount of rice production using computerized system. In this research, researcher applies a fuzzy application system in determining the amount of rice production, so, data related to the amount of production can be stored and integrated in the data management process, then, it can be well controlled and used in decision making to determine the amount of rice production more efficiently. The prediction system for the amount of rice production used in this research is using the Java programming language with NetBeans IDE 8.1 and the database using SQLyog. The result from this prediction system development of rice production amount can facilitate CV Beni Jaya Mandiri in obtaining the amount of rice production. The test results showed that the application built has already been in accordance with the system design and user requirements. This also assists CV Beni Jaya Mandiri in handling a large amount of rice that is ready to be grinded, the number of demand and existing rice supply. Keywords: Rice Production, fuzzy tsukamoto, Java
