Abstract
Dental health is very important for humans because teeth are vital organs that should be given priority on their maintenance. Most people in general often underestimate the dental and tooth disease. According to Basic Health Research (Risekdas) in 2007 and 2013, it is increased from 23.2% to 25.9%. From the population who have dental and oral health problems, the percentage of people who receive dental medical treatment increased from 29.7% in 2007 to 31.1% in 2013. One field of the development in information technology is information system that has been widely applied in various fields of life, and can be used as a solution to overcome this problem. Information systems can be applied to create systems that help the public in knowing dental health. Information systems are tools for presenting information in such a way that it is beneficial for the recipient. This system is built based on a website, so that, it can be accessed on all devices.
