Abstract
Teknisi Tamvan Gunungkidul is one of the businesses engaged in mobile phone service. Teknisi Tamvan customers often come to repair damaged mobile phones. Due to the large number of mobile phones that will be serviced and the limited number of technicians, the customer sometimes finds it difficult to know whether the cell phone has been repaired or not, so this can hamper the service process. Teknisi Tamvan Gunungkidul still uses a manual system in terms of handphone service to customers. The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based mobile service application that is systematic, structured and directed, so that it can support the performance of Teknisi Tamvan in Gunungkidul. This application can facilitate the public in choosing services and purchasing mobile spare parts. Application services that have been made can accelerate the process of storing data; both mobile service data and mobile spare parts sales data. The existence of service applications, spare parts sales, mobile services and purchases can facilitate the making of reports so that the inventory of goods and goods that are already sold is controlled.
