Abstract
Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a program that provides conditional cash aid transfers to Very Poor Households (RTSM / KSM) which have been determined as PKH participants, which include health, education, and social welfare components. However, in its implementation, there is still misunderstanding from the community about which families are suitable and inappropriate to receive the fund. The purpose of this study is to assist in providing recommendations for PKH recipients. This research will implement the Multi Expert Multi Criteria Decision Making (MEMCDM) method in the decision support system. Trial data are 46 alternatives in Sinduadi village, Jetis and Trini sub-village in 2018. From the test results by comparing 46 alternatives with manual calculations and 46 alternative calculations using the system, it is obtained a value with 100% valid between the two calculations.
