Abstract
SKPI contains various kinds of information both about the university and about students which are made in two languages, namely Indonesian and English. The main data contained in the SKPI are the identity of the SKPI holder, information on program or university organizers, educational qualifications, higher education system and the results achieved by SKPI holders. With so much data listed in the SKPI, a system for managing the information needed is needed and will be used in making the SKPI. Therefore, the author designed a prototype of an information system that can help integrate relevant sections to manage graduate qualification data so that the creation of SPKI can be done automatically through the system. Through this system, each section will get ease in managing student qualification data such as scientific activities and competitions, organizational activities, certification and SKPI document preparation. One of the systems that can be made is by utilizing web application technology that is making an application that can be accessed using a browser and students are expected to easily get data about their competence and personal identity data that they have using a laptop or personal computer, so that the academic officers also can easily print SKPI from each student.
