Abstract
ABSTRAK Rumah Sakit adalah sarana pengobatan dan edukasi untuk umum khususnya pasien dengan memberikan pelayanan jasa pengobatan, penyedia obat-obatan, perawatan, dan serta akomodasi transportasi kesehatan dengan syarat pembayaran, (sarpras – kemenkes, 2017). Perencanaan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Krian dengan pendekatan self healing environtmen ditujukan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan dan lingkungan kesehatan, dan situasi sumber daya kesehatan. Belum adanya rumah sakit daerah dengan klasifikasi type C di kecamatan kota krian. Rumah Sakit umum daerah Krian type C akan menjadi rumah sakit rujukan pertama daerah sekitar yang tata letaknya jauh ( jarak 20km dari pusat kota) dari kabupaten sidoarjo. Mengingat RSUD kabupaten sidoarjo merupakan satu satunya rumah sakit umum daerah terdekat. Selama ini, paradigma yang ada mengenai rumah sakit yaitu pasien sering merasa tidak nyaman saat menerima pengobatan dan perawatan dikarenakan situasi dan kondisi rumah sakit yang terkesan menyeramkan dan sesak bagi pasien sehingga dapat memicu timbulnya stres pada pasien. Stres dapat menyebab-kan sistem kekebalan tubuh pasien menjadi tertekan sehingga menyebabkan terhambatnya proses pemulihan dan penyembuhan pasien secara spiritual. Karena itu, karakteristik lingkungan fisik fasilitas rumah sakit harus didesain dengan mengutamakan kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi pasien yang disebut sebagai healing environment. Saat ini, mulai banyak fasilitas kesehatan yang menerapkan konsep self-Healing Environtment. Self-Healing environment merupakan suatu desain lingkungan terapi yang memadu-kan antara unsur alam, indra dan psiko-logis. Unsur alam dapat dirasakan melalui indra. Indra dapat membantu melihat, mendengar dan merasakan keindahan alam yang didesain. Hal tersebut secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi psikologis pasien. Secara psikologis, pasien akan merasakan kenyamanan dan keamanan dalam diri mereka. Ketiga aspek tersebut mempengaruhi bentuk karakteristik ling-kungan fasilitas rumah sakit. Planning of the Krian Regional General Hospital with a self healing environment approach is aimed at improving the health status and health environment, and the health resource situation. There is no regional hospital with type C classification in krian city district. The Krian area C type general hospital will be the first referral hospital in the area which is far away (20km from the city center) from the Sidoarjo regency. Considering that the Sidoarjo regency hospital is the only nearby general hospital. During this time, the existing paradigm regarding hospitals is that patients often feel uncomfortable when receiving treatment and care due to hospital conditions and conditions that seem scary and tightness to patients so that it can trigger stress on patients. Stress can cause the patient's immune system to become depressed, which causes the patient's spiritual healing and healing process to be hampered. Therefore, the physical environment characteristics of hospital facilities must be designed with priority to comfort and safety for patients, which is called a healing environment. At present, many health facilities are starting to apply the concept of self-healing environment. Self-Healing environment is a therapeutic environmental design that combines natural, sensory and psycho-logical elements. The natural element can be felt through the senses. Indra can help see, hear and feel the beauty of nature that is designed. This indirectly affects the psychological patient. Psychologically, patients will feel comfort and safety in themselves.
