Abstract

Underprivileged path scholarships are aimed at students who are truly financially disadvantaged, while achievement pathway scholarships are aimed at those who excel in a field. Determination of scholarship recipients is carried out by the PKH (Program Keluarga Harapan ) section in a conventional manner, namely by sorting data of students who are eligible for assistance based on criteria determined by the department. To help determine the acceptance of scholarships for students who deserve it, a decision support system is needed Decision support systems can be used to shorten the current system flow, one of which is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. In this study, we will look for the best alternative for the selection of scholarship recipients based on the predetermined criteria using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method looks for weight values for each attribute, then the ranking process is carried out. The results obtained from the ranking process are then used as recommendations for scholarship recipients. Keywords: Scholarship, SAW, weight value, ranking, PKH
