Abstract
Radar Pekalongan is a daily newspaper published in Pekalongan, Central Java. This newspaper is included in the Jawa Pos group, its headquarters located at Jl Binagriya Raya B.1 No.9, Tegalrejo village, Pekalongan City. For now Radar Pekalongan already has a Website as a promotional medium to facilitate and increase public interest in reading news information from previous forms of daily newspapers. However, as technology develops more rapidly, these breakthroughs are felt to be lacking so that Radar Pekalongan must be able to innovate by developing systems in the form of android mobile. The main purpose of the design of the Radar Pekalongan digital newspaper application is to provide a more effective alternative solution to the public in accessing news that is easy and fast. The method used to solve these problems is the method of designing object-based systems (OOP) with implementation using UML and ERD, and the programming language used to develop the system is PHP for admin applications and Java for user applications.
