Abstract
ABSTRAK Co-Working Space merupakan tempat kerja yang sangat cocok bagi freelancer ataupun para startup yang memiliki modal terbatas karena lebih menghemat biaya serta lebih efisien. Co-Working Space sendiri adalah sebuah tempat kerja bersuasana café dimana terdapat berbagai komunitas pekerja yang berorientasi pada hasil (ROW, result-oriented-worker), sebagai kebalikan dari pekerja yang berorientasi pada waktu (time-oriented-worker) seperti pekerja pabrik yang kinerjanya diukur dari kepatuhannya terhadahap jam kerja tradisional kurang lebih sekitar 8 jam yang menurut sebagian orang hal itu sangat melelahkan dan membosankan. Berbeda dengan café, Co-Working Space memiliki fasilitas yang lebih komplit, suasana yang santai dan lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan para pekerja, seperti: kursi yang nyaman untuk bekerja, stop kontak, fax, wifi, AC, layanan office boy dan ruang pertemuan. Keunggulan Co-Working Space sendiri adalah dalam memperluas jaringan karena para penyewa akan bertemu dengan orang-orang kreatif yang bisa diajak bertukar pikiran sehingga bisa memunculkan ide-ide baru dan dapat menjadi sebuah motivasi dalam bekerja, tidak dimungkinkan juga terjalin sebuah kolaborasi dengan rekan-rekan seprofesi maupun antar profesi. Arsitektur modern arsitektur modern dapat dipisahkan mejadi dua kata yaitu “arsitektur” yang berarti seni dan ilmu merancang serta membuat konstruksi bangunan, jembatan dan sebagainya serta “modern” yang berarti terbaru atau mutakhir. Maka secara harafiah, arsitektur modern dapat diartikan sebagai seni dan ilmu merancang serta membuat konstruksi bangunan yang terbaru Arsitektur modern mulai berkembang sebagai akibat adanya perubahan dan perkembangan dalam teknologi, sosial dan kebudayaan yang dihubungkan dengan revolusi industri pada tahun 1760-1863. Adapun tenggang waktu pada perkembangan arsitektur modern dapat dibagi sebagai. Kata kunci : Co-working, Space, Arsitektur moderm ABSTRACT Co-Working Space is a workplace that is very suitable for freelancers or startups who have limited capital because it saves more costs and is more efficient. Co-Working Space itself is a café-like workplace where there are various results-oriented (worker-oriented) workers, as opposed to time-oriented workers like factory workers whose performance measured by compliance with traditional work hours of about 8 hours which according to some it is very tiring and boring. In contrast to the café, Co-Working Space has more complete facilities, a relaxed atmosphere and is more in line with the needs of the workers, such as: comfortable chairs for working, socket, fax, wifi, air conditioning, office boy services and meeting rooms. The advantage of Co-Working Space itself is in expanding the network because tenants will meet creative people who can be invited to exchange ideas so that they can come up with new ideas and can be a motivation to work, it is also not possible to establish a collaboration with colleagues profession or between professions. Modern architecture can be separated into two words namely "architecture" which means the art and science of designing and constructing buildings, bridges and so on as well as "modern" which means the latest or most recent. So literally, modern architecture can be interpreted as the art and science of designing and making the latest construction of buildings. Modern architecture began to develop as a result of changes and developments in technology, social and culture associated with the industrial revolution in 1760-1863.
