Abstract

Management of human resources (HR) of a company greatly affects many aspects of determining the success of the work of the company. One of the most important in managing human resources (HR) in a company is the selection of the best employees periodically so as to spur employees in increasing their dedication and performance. But in fact, UD. Rekayasa Wangdi is still not optimal in implementing the best employee selection, this is due to the unavailability of media that can process employee ratings and provide recommendations in selecting the best employees. This study aims to determine the procedure for the assessment and selection of the best employees at the UD. Rekayasa Wangdi and to produce a support system for the best employee selection decisions based on UD. Rekayasa Wangdi 's needs. In determining the best employee UD. Rekayasa Wangdi uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method by considering criteria that have been used in the UD. Rekayasa Wangdi such as honesty, obedience to rules, default / alpha, discipline, responsibility, cleanliness, craft, creativity, cooperation and smile. This application can help companies in the service sector to make it easier for owners to run the company. In addition, this application can also be a campaign device to customers so that there is an increase in the number of existing customers. This application can be accessed through the website so that it will make it easier for people to access it.
