Abstract
Dissemination of information about the Al-Hakim Orphanage in Pakem is still lacking, because so far, the delivery of information on the Al-Hakim Orphanage is only through word of mouth and banners. Thus, the donors will find it difficult to find out complete information and conditions at the Al-Hakim Orphanage. To overcome the various obstacles above, it is necessary to have a system that can help the Orphanage and donors to facilitate the development of children in the Orphanage. The new system will be built based on the web that can be accessed anytime and anywhere as long as it is connected to the internet. This research was conducted through several stages including data collection through observation, interviews, and literature study. The data will be analyzed to get an idea in determining the design that will be developed on the system. Then the system is tested to determine the function of each system component. The author uses several tools such as XAMPP, Sublime text editor and MYSQL database to support the making of the web. From the analysis and design, an information system application for the orphanage and the Islamic boarding school web-based becomes more effective and efficient to facilitate donors and institutions in spreading information about the orphanage.
