Abstract
Today there are many sophisticated laptops everywhere, laptops with special looks and good, make people interested in buying them. But, in fact when people buy a 'good' laptop they feel disappointed. This is because the laptops they choose do not suit their needs, it could be because of the specifications are too low so they are not feel comfortable or just the opposite of the specifications, it is too high, so they realize that they are wasting money to buy a capable laptop, even though they do not need it. Therefore, in this study a decision support application system is created to assist in the selection process of laptops that fit the requirements using the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). PROMETHEE is a method of determining sequence (priority) in multicriteria analysis. In the case of choosing a laptop, the PROMETHEE method is suitable for ranking. Decision support systems will be made using the Dart programming language, Flutter framework, and Firebase Database in Cloud Firestore.
