Abstract
State universities and private universities that have enough students will be faced with a problem in each period of thesis exam registration or final project, namely the preparation of exam schedule with a sufficient number of student registrants. The proposal session will determine whether the research to be carried out can be continued or not, while the thesis exam which often has many student registrants is in the exam registration at the end of the semester period, because exam scheduling is a matter of allocating time, room and board of examiners to prospective students being tested. In the current condition, monitoring of information, especially the results of scheduling the final assignment, no longer has to come to the location, but is already using information technology, which is a web-based final session scheduling system. For scheduling optimization the auto generate calendar algorithm is used which can create a schedule for the website automatically by applying schedule selection based on the lecturer supervisor and examiner's calendar. The results obtained with the algorithm are real-time and scheduling the exam with this system can make it easier for officers to make schedules without asking for lecturer calendar information directly.
