Abstract
As time goes by, assets in a company will change a lot (increase and decrease) very quickly and that also happens to Kospin Sanggar Bina Usaha. Currently the process of recording asset data is still using the Microsoft Excel application in the management of existing assets and inventory so there can still be an incorrect input of asset data and data can be lost from storage. In addition, if the management of the Kospin wants to know the total inventory amount quickly, correctly and accurately, or wants to see inventory reports, the staff must spend a relatively long time. This is less efficient in terms of time, energy and cost. The development of technology can be utilized to overcome some of the obstacles currently faced such as by creating a system that helps in the process of delivering information on assets such as the procurement of assets, management of office inventory assets to prevent damage, loss or "ghost items", and write off assets. The purpose of this study is to design a system of inventory asset monitoring at Kospin Sanggar Bina Usaha to support operational activities, and the presentation of web-based information systems will make it easier for officers to access them. This system is designed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as a database server. The Kospin Sanggar Bina Usaha Inventory Management System can provide information to officers regarding the assets in Kospin Sanggar Bina Usaha and its supporting facilities.
