Abstract

There are many culinary industries in Pekalongan city, and one of the culinary industries in Pekalongan city is Rosi catering. Rosi Catering provides several menus to be served on certain occasions. It provides a snack box menu. The problem faced is that many consumers find it difficult to choose the menu. The purpose of this final project discussion is to implement the SMARTER algorithm for menu selection. The method used in this Final Project includes analysis, design, and implementation, as well as testing. The software used to develop the system in this Final Project is Java with Mysql database. The combination of Java software, and Mysql, has been able to produce a menu selection system with 4 menu combinations, namely price, durability, size and delivery time. The average system processing time is 9.2 seconds. From this study it can also be seen that the results of the SMARTER and SMARTER + methods are different from the results of using a sorting request. From ranking using query sort menu, you can get klepon, grilled lemper, and fruit pie while using smarter algorithm, you can get brownies, large roulades, and banana cake Keywords: Smarter Algorithm, Menu Selection, Catering, Combination
