Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to recognize the effective of transformational leadership training, on salespersons’ service quality. The service quality include tangible, responsibility, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty. Meanwhile transformational leadership include four aspect, they are idealized influenced, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration. There are thirty two Matahari Group’s employees at Matahari Hartono Mall Yogyakarta who were involved in this study. This research uses quasi experimental design that measures pre test post test control group design using the experimental group and control group. The analysis result on post test data is, t = 2,206 with p<0,05 , which means, there is significance differences between control group and experimental group.
