Abstract
ABSTRAK Kabupaten Gunung Kidul merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang memiliki wisata alam seperti pantai yang cukup banyak. BerdasarkanRencana Induk Pembangunan Kepariwisataan Daerah Kabupaten Gunung Kidul Tahun 2014-2015 Pasal 20 huruf A menyebutkan bahwa kawasan strategis pariwisata I (KSP I) berupa pembangunan daya tarik wisata unggulan alam pantai dengan pendukung wisata budaya salah satunya Pantai Parangendog. Namun potensi wisata tersebut belum dikelola secara maksimal yang berdampak tidak terpenuhinya fasilitas penginapan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembangunan resort di Pantai Parangendog dengan pendekatan optimalisasi view terhadap tata massa bangunan yang mampu menunjang kebutuhan wisatawan. Perancangan resort ini memiliki peran penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas destinasi pariwisata Gunung Kidul, mewujudkan industri pariwisata Gunung Kidul yang mampu menggerakkan perekonomian Gunung Kidul, dan peningkatan penerimaan pendapatan asli daerah Gunung Kidul. Perancangan resort Pantai Parangendog Kabupaten Gunung Kidul dengan pendekatan optimalisasi view terhadap tata massa bangunan merupakan upaya untuk mendapatkan arah pandang terbaik terhadap lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan alam sebagai daya tarik perancangan serta tata letak massa bangunan pada suatu site berdasarkan zona dan alur sirkulasi yang saling terkait dalam memenuhi fasilitas penginapan.Metode dalam perancangan resort ini dengan metode umum, metode pengumpulan data, metode analisis tapak dan programming yang menghasilkan sebuah konsep. Perancangan resort ini juga mempertimbangkan lokasi di Pantai Parangendog, pemilihan site, dan analisa program ruang serta konsep yang terdiri dari zoning dan konsep sirkulasi, konsep gubahan massa, konsep struktur dan utilitas. Kata kunci: Resort, Optimalisasi View, Tata Massa Bangunan ABSTRACT Gunung Kidul Regency is one of the regencies in the Yogyakarta Special Region Province which has quite a lot of natural attractions such as beaches. Regional Tourism Development Master Plan for Gunung Kidul Regency 2014-2015 Article 20 letter A states that the strategic tourism area I (KSP I) is in the form of the development of natural coastal tourism attractions with cultural tourism support, one of which is Parangendog Beach. However, the tourism potential has not been managed optimally which results in not fulfilling lodging facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to build a resort on Parangendog Beach with a view optimization approach to the mass structure of buildings that can support the needs of tourists. The design of this resort has an important role to play in improving the quality and quantity of Gunung Kidul tourism destinations, realizing the Gunung Kidul tourism industry which is able to drive the economy of Gunung Kidul, and increasing revenue from the Gunung Kidul area. The design of the Parangendog Beach resort, Gunung Kidul Regency with the view optimization approach to the building mass order is an effort to get the best direction of view on the environment by utilizing nature as an attraction for the design and layout of the mass of the building on a site based on zones and circulation flow which are interrelated in fulfilling the facilities. The method used in designing this resort is general methods, data collection methods, site analysis methods and programming that produces a concept. The design of this resort also considers the location on Parangendog Beach, site selection, and spatial program analysis and concepts consisting of zoning and circulation concepts, mass composition concepts, and structural and utility concepts.
