Abstract
ABSTRAK Perkembangan pariwisata menawarkan pelayanan terhadap daya tarik masing-masing daerah berupa objek wisata berupa wisata alam, budaya, maupun keagamaan. Geliat kepariwisataan ini menyebar di seluruh wilayah di Indonesia untuk memperkenalkan kepariwisataan di daerah guna memperbesar dan menamba harus wisatawan. Pengembangan pariwisata yang ada di Kepulauan Bangka Belitung di dasari atas peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan setiap tahunnya baik wisatawan mancanegara maupun wisatawan domestik. Berdasarkan catatan, pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) di kawasan Kepulauan Bangka Belitung telah mencapai sekitar 43,7 persen. Sementara total kunjungan wisata ke daerah Kepulauan Bangka Belitung terus mengalami peningkatan signifikan. Misalnya saja pada 2017, hampir 200 juta kunjungan setelah Tanjung Kemang ditetapkan jadi KEK Sebelumnya, kegiatan pariwisata terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap perekonomian Belitung. Setelah mendapat status Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Pariwisata, perekonomian dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) kian meningkat. Adanya Dive Center di pulau ketawai dengan Penyelesaian konsep Arsitektur Ekologi dapat meningkatkan taraf mutu sektor pariwisata di Propinsi Bangka Belitung.Seiring berkembang pembangunan propinsi Bangka-Belitung pada kuhsusnya mengakibatnya kenaikan jumlah wisatawan luar pulau yang berlibur mengunjungi tempat wisata di Bangka Belitung, dengan adanya perwadahan fasilitas berupa Dive Center dirasa dapat meningkatkan nilai pariwisata di provinsi Bangka-Belitung. Kata kunci: Wisata, Dive Center, Ekologi, Bangka Belitung ABSTRACT The development of tourism offers services for the attractiveness of the tourist objects of each region in the form of natural, cultural and religious attractions. This tourism stretch has spread throughout all regions in Indonesia to introduce tourism in the regions in order to enlarge and increase tourists. The development of tourism in the Bangka Belitung Islands is based on an increase in the number of tourists visits every year, both foreign tourists and domestic tourists. Based on records, local revenue (PAD) in the Bangka Belitung Islands region has reached around 43.7 percent. Meanwhile, total tourist visits to the Bangka Belitung Islands area continue to experience a significant increase. For example, in 2017, almost 200 million visits after Tanjung Kemang was designated as a Special Economic Zone. Previously, tourism activities proved to have a positive impact on the economy of Belitung. After obtaining the status of the Special Economic Zone (KEK) for Tourism, the economy and Regional Original Income (PAD) continued to increase. The existence of a Dive Center on the island of Ketawai with the completion of the concept of Ecological Architecture can improve the quality level of the tourism sector in Bangka Belitung Province. The progress of the development of the province of Bangka-Belitung in particular has resulted in an increase in the number of tourists outside the island on vacation to visit tourist attractions in Bangka Belitung. With the existence of facilities in the form of a Dive Center, it is felt that it can increase the value of tourism in the province of Bangka-Belitung.
