Abstract
ABSTRAK Maluku Utara (disingkat Malut) adalah salah satu provinsi di indonesia dengan beribu Kota Ternate terkenal negeri raja-raja dengan kekayan rempah-rempah selain itu juga meluku utara juga terkenal dengan negeri seribu benteng dan kekayan wisata alam. Kementrian Republik Indonesia menjalankan program 10 destinasi pariwisata nasional dan khusus yang ada di indonesai dengan sektor yang tumbuh paling pesat. Besarnya peningkatan di sektor pariwisata indonesia membuat investor, baik asing maupun domestik, tertarik menanamkan modal pada dua sektor investasi, dan lifestyle. Dan di dukung dari Dinas Peraturan Daerah, Tentang Peraturan Daerah Kota Ternate No 01 tahun 2012 tentang rencana Tata Ruang Wilaya Kota Ternate Tahun 2012-2019 mengatur tentang kawasan peruntukan Jasa dan Perdagangan. Untuk itu perancangan Pusat Cenderamat Dan Kuliner Pariwisata dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur tradisional Sasadu, guna mengangkan karya Arsitektur Tradisional. Ancaman serius bagi kota-kota dengan jumlah pendatang yang terus meningkat adalah krisis identitas daerah, dimana identitas dari berbagai daerah mulai masuk dan tumbuh serta menggerus budaya dan gaya arsitektur daerah setempat. Karya Arsitektur Tradisional sasadu secara fisik bentuk keaslian arsitektur yang khas lokal dapat memotivasikan nilai-nilai jati diri dari suatu kelompok etnis tentang latar belakang sejarah budayanya segingga perancang memperkenalkan kembali nilai indentitas bangunan maluku utara terutama dalam sektor pariwisata dan budaya di perancangan pusat cenderamat dan kuliner pariwisata di maluku kieraha di korta ternate. Kata kunci : Cenderamat, Kuliner, Arsitektur, Sasadu, Budaya, Ternate. ABSTRACT North Maluku (abbreviated as Malut) is one of the provinces in Indonesia with the capital city of Ternate, known as the land of kings with rich spices. Besides that, North Maluku is also famous for its land of a thousand forts and wealth of natural tourism. The Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia runs a program of 10 national and special tourism destinations in Indonesia with the fastest growing sector. The magnitude of the increase in Indonesia's tourism sector has attracted investors, both foreign and domestic, to invest in two investment and lifestyle sectors. In North Maluku there is support from the Regional Regulation Service, regarding the Regional Regulation of the City of Ternate No 01 of 2012 concerning the 2012-2019 Ternate Urban Spatial Plan which regulates the designated area for Services and Trade. For this reason, it is necessary to design a Center for Souvenirs and Culinary Tourism with a Sasadu traditional architectural approach, in order to raise the work of Traditional Architecture. A serious threat to cities with an increasing number of immigrants is a regional identity crisis, where identities from various regions begin to enter and grow and erode the local culture and architectural style. Sasadu's traditional architectural work which is physically in the form of authentic local architecture can motivate the values of an ethnic group's identity about its cultural historical background so that the designer reintroduces the value of North Maluku building identity, especially in the tourism and culture sector in designing souvenir and culinary centers tourism in Maluku, Kieraha in Corta Ternate.
