Abstract
ABSTRAK Coworking space menjadi tren positif di kota Yogykarta dengan pertumbuhan signifikan pada 4 tahun terakhir 2015-2019 dengan daya tampung kurang lebih 2.301 orang dan didominasi oleh mahasiswa. Tercatat 73,8% para pelaku industry kreatif digital telah/sedang dalam masa pendidikan di perguruan tinggi baik pada jenjang D3 maupun S1. Jika dilihat dari data mahasiswa yang ada di Yogyakarta pada tahun 2014 dapat menampung 2.000 orang pekerja dengan jumlah 223.254 mahasiswa dengan presentase 1,1% dari jumlah mahasiswa. Tahun 2017 jumlah mahasiswa meningkat sebanyak 241.997 orang, jika dihitung dengan presntase 1,1% maka jumlah pekerja menjadi 2.661 orang. Sehingga perlu dirancang coworking space baru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat di kota Yogyakarta khususnya untuk para pelaku start-up. Dalam metode perancanganya digunakan metode observasi guna untuk mengumpulkan data kebutuhan pada coworking space yang outputnya akan berupa program ruang dan gambar kerja dengan mengangkat konsep desain yang modern sehingga dapat berkesinambungan antara fungsi dan bentuk cowokring space. Dalam penerapannya masa bagnunan akan mengikuti ciri arsitektur modern dan analisa respon dari site. Penerapan ruang akan di desain mengikuti aspek arsitektur modern, Penerapan ruang yang terbuka tanpa dinding permanen untuk memudahkan interaksi antara pengguna coworking space sehingga ruang menjadi lebih fleksibel. Hasil dari perancangan ini di harapkan dapat menjadikan coworking space sebagai media interkasi, berkolaborasi, dan mengembangkan usaha dengan fasilitas yang memadahi. Kata kunci: Coworking Space, Kreatif Digital, Arsitektur Modern, Ruang ABSTRACT Co-working space has become a positive trend in the city of Yogyakarta with significant growth in the last 4 years 2015-2019 with a capacity of approximately 2,301 people and dominated by students. It is recorded that 73.8% of digital creative industry players have / are currently in college, both at the D3 and S1 levels. When viewed from the student data in Yogyakarta in 2014, it could accommodate 2,000 workers with a total of 223,254 students with a percentage of 1.1% of the total number of students. In 2017 the number of students increased by 241,997 people, if calculated with a percentage of 1.1%, the number of workers became 2,661 people. So, it is necessary to design a new co-working space to meet the needs of the people in the city of Yogyakarta, especially for start-ups. In the design method, the observation method is used in order to collect data on the needs of the co-working space, the output of which will be a space program and work drawings by adopting a modern design concept so that the function and form of the co-working space can be continuous. In its application, the building mass will follow the characteristics of modern architecture and analysis of the response from the site. The application of space will be designed to follow the aspects of modern architecture, namely the application of an open space without permanent walls to facilitate interaction between co-working space users so that the space becomes more flexible. The results of this design are expected to be able to make the co-working space a medium for interaction, collaborating, and developing a business with adequate facilities.
