Abstract
ABSTRAK Kabupaten Magelang merupakan wilayah yang memiliki potensi sumber daya alam dan potensi wisata budaya yang cukup besar. Salah satu destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Magelang yang sudah menjadi prioritas tujuan wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara yaitu wisata Candi Borobudur. Adanya potensi wisata budaya yang tinggi diperlukan suatu ruang atau bangunan yang digunakan sebagai pusat informasi dan membangun serta mengembangkan budaya daerah Kabupaten Magelang yaitu Pusat Informasi Wisata Budaya. Pusat Informasi Wisata Budaya bertujuan memberikan pelayanan secara langsung kepada wisatawan maupun masyarakat setempat dan mempromosikan wisata yang ada, melaksanakan event dan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Magelang. Di dalamnya memparkan galeri referensi mengenai informasi wisata budaya, kerajinan, kesenian, souvenir shop dan cafetaria. Tema arsitektur yang dipilih sebagai landasan perancangan yaitu tema Rekayasa Arsitektur Tektonika. Diterapkan pada Pusat Informasi Wisata Budaya guna memberikan cerminan konteks kawasan yang dilihat dari salah satu bangunan arsitektur lokal Candi Borobudur dan penerapan material lokal kawasan di Kabupaten Magelang. Kata kunci: Kabupaten Magelang, Pusat Informasi Wiasta Budaya, Rekayasa Arsitektur Tektonika ABSTRACT Magelang Regency is an area that has the potential of natural resources and the potential for cultural tourism which is quite large. One of the tourist destinations in Magelang Regency that has become a priority destination for both domestic and foreign tourists is Borobudur Temple tourism. The existence of a high potential for cultural tourism requires a space or building that is used as an information center and builds and develops the regional culture of Magelang Regency, namely the Cultural Tourism Information Center. The Cultural Tourism Information Center aims to provide direct services to tourists and the local community and promote existing tourism, and carry out events and activities held by the Magelang Regency Tourism Office. The Information Center presents a reference gallery regarding information on cultural tourism, crafts, arts, souvenir shops and cafeterias. The architectural theme chosen as the design foundation is the theme of Tectonic Architectural Engineering and is applied to the Cultural Tourism Information Center in order to provide a reflection of the area's context as seen from one of the local architectural buildings of Borobudur Temple and the application of regional local materials in Magelang Regency.
