Abstract

ABSTRAK Kebutuhan transportasi kini menjadi hal penting bagi masyarakat kota. Transportasi semakin meningkat karena transportasi merupakan sarana penting untuk memeperlancar perekonomian masyarakat. Semakin berkembangnya perekonomian pemilik kendaraan pribadi juga semakin meningkat hal ini menyebabkan kemacetan kendaraan di pusat kota, pemerintah merespon hal ini dan memfasilitasi transportasi umum wilayah tertentu dibeberapa titik untuk mengurangi kemacetan di pusat kota. Solusi untuk memaksimalkan transportasi massal berupa Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Transjakarta, dan taksi dilakukan dengan pembangunan Park and Ride, sehingga fasilitas penunjang transportasi massal di stasiun MRT Fatmawati, Cilandak Barat dapat lebih maksimal, dengan adanya fasilitas Park and Ride ini pengguna dapat lebih nyaman menitipkan kendaraannya dan melanjutkan dengan transportasi massal tanpa harus mengalami kemaetan di tengah kota. Dalam merancang Park and Ride perlu adanya beberapa data yang diperlukan dan metode pendekatan khusus dalam merancang. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada perancangan konsep ialah pendekatan Biophilic Architecture. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena kesibukan orang bekerja yang kurang dalam berinteraksi pada alam sekitar. Metode ini diterapkan agar dapat mengurangi stress karena elemen alam yang mampu hadir ditengah padatnya kegiatan. Metode Rational Approach juga diterapkan untuk memaksimalkan dan menekankan analisis permasalahan seara sistematis sehingga permasalahn dapat teridentifikasi seara rinci dan terselesaikan dengan baik. Untuk Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam merancang Park and Ride yaitu metode kualitatif dan kuantitaif. Dari hasil metode dan pengumpulan data tersebut didapatkan hasil karakteristik gedung Park and Ride yang menerapkan pendekatan Biophilic Architecture yaitu terdapat lubang cahaya untuk memasukkan unsur alami seperti cahaya dan air hujan kedalam bangunan dan dilapisi kaca yang menggunakan struktur baja, selain itu bangunan ini juga menerapkan konsep water harvesting dimana pengelolaan air hujan dimaksimalkan dalam bangunan ini. Selain fungsi bagian lubang cahaya yang berbentuk corong ini juga menjadi nilai estetika pada bangunan. Kata kunci: Biophilic1; Park and Ride2; Transportasi3. ABSTRACT Transportation needs are now important for urban communities. Transportation is increasing because transportation is an important means of streamlining the people's economy. With the development of the economy, private vehicle owners are also increasing and this causes traffic jams in the city center. The government responds to this and facilitates public transportation in certain areas at several points to reduce congestion in the city center. The solution to maximize mass transportation in the form of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Transjakarta, and taxis is carried out by building a Park and Ride, so that mass transportation support facilities at the Fatmawati MRT station, West Cilandak can be maximized. With this Park and Ride facility, users can more comfortably leave their vehicle and continue with mass transportation without having to experience traffic jams in the middle of the city. In designing Park and Ride, it is necessary to have some necessary data and special approach methods in designing. The approach used in concept design is the Biophilic Architecture approach. This approach was chosen because their busy work makes them less likely to interact with their surroundings. This method is applied in order to reduce stress due to natural elements that are able to be present in the midst of busy activities. The Rational Approach method is also applied to maximize and emphasize systematic problem analysis so that problems can be identified in detail and resolved properly. The data collection methods used in designing Park and Ride are qualitative and quantitative methods. From the results of the method and data collection, the characteristics of the Park and Ride building that apply the Biophilic Architecture approach are obtained, namely there are light holes to enter natural elements such as light and rainwater into the building and are coated with glass using a steel structure, besides that this building also applies the concept of water. harvesting where the management of rainwater is maximized in this building. In addition to the function of the funnel-shaped part of the light hole, it is also an aesthetic value in the building. Keywords: Biophilic; Park and Ride; Transportation.
