Abstract
ABSTRAK Kantor merupakan salah satu sarana yang penting dari suatu daerah, terutama terkait instansi pemerintahan. Saat ini PN. Pertamina Kabupaten Cilacap sedang membangun proyek kilang minyak serta fasilitas lainnya dalam mega proyek milik pertamina yaitu Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP). Perluasan wilayah industri pertamina melibatkan wilayah rumah penduduk hingga bangunan perkantoran yang berdiri di sekitar wilayahnya. Sehingga wilayah yang terlibat dalam perluasan wilayah industri Pertamina harus direlokasi termasuk bangunan dinas perkantoran yang berada di sekitar wilayah tersebut. Beberapa kantor pemerintahan yang terkena dampaknya yakni kantor PUPR dan PERKIMTA. Pemerintah juga berencana menyatukan kantor dinas teknis lain ke dalam satu kawasan, untuk saat ini perencanaan kawasan untuk dinas yang bersifat teknis antara lain PUPR, PERKIMTA dan DSDA . Selain itu, faktor Lingkungan yang berisik, berpolusi dan kelayakan serta fasilitas yang kurang baik merupakan latar belakang perencanaan pra Tugas Akhir ini, dikarenakan hal tersebut mengganggu aktifitas serta performa pegawai kantor dalam menjalani aktivitasnya. Pendekatan Arsitektur Hijau diterapkan guna mengurangi dan ikut mencegah memberikan dampak negatif kepada lingkungan mengingat wilayah Cilacap didominasi oleh industri-industri besar yang cukup memberikan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah mencari permasalahan dan potensi yang ada di sekitar lokasi baru yang telah ditentukan dengan memberikan ide dan gagasan supaya potensi dan masalah dapat manfaatkan. Motede pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, studi komparasi, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah membuat Kawasan Perkantoran Dinas Terpadu yang nyaman, efektif dan memenuhi standar menurut fasilitas dan kapasitas yang mendukung berlangsungnya aktifitas kantor pemerintahan. Kata Kunci :Arsitektur Hijau, Perancangan Kawasan Perkantoran ABSTRACT The office is one of the important facilities of a region, especially related to government agencies. Currently PN. Pertamina Cilacap Regency is building an oil refinery project and other facilities in Pertamina's mega project, namely the Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP). The expansion of the Pertamina industrial area involves the area of residents' houses to office buildings that are standing around the area. So that the areas involved in the expansion of Pertamina's industrial areas must be relocated, including office buildings around the area. Several government offices that were affected were the PUPR and PERKIMTA offices. The government also plans to unite other technical offices into one area. Currently, regional planning for technical agencies includes PUPR, PERKIMTA and DSDA. In addition, environmental factors that are noisy, polluting and feasible and poor facilities are the background for this pre-final project planning, because it interferes with the activities and performance of office employees in carrying out their activities. The Green Architecture approach is applied in order to reduce and participate in preventing negative impacts on the environment, considering that the Cilacap area is dominated by large industries which have had a negative impact on the environment. The design method used is to look for problems and potentials that exist around the new location that has been determined by providing ideas and ideas so that the potential and problems can be utilized. Data collection motivation used is literature study, comparative study, interviews and observations. The result of this design is to create an Integrated Service Office Area that is comfortable, effective and meets standards according to the facilities and capacities that support government office activities.
