Abstract
ABSTRAK Persaingan diantara perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konveksi diukur dari tingkat produktifitas perusahaan tersebut, oleh karena itu setiap perusahaan dituntut harus meningkatkan kinerjanya secara lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ceamber Cloth Konveksi penyablonan dan penjahitan kaos bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai produktifitas dengan menetapkan bulan Januari 2019 sebagai periode dasar dengan metode Marvin E Mundel dengan 6 indikator yaitu: deflactor,harga konstan, RIP, Agregate Output, Indeks produktivitas Partial dan Indeks Produktivitas Total. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran produktifitas selama masa periode pengukuran dengan menetapkan nilai perolehan yang di dapat dari hasil pengukuran adalah, Indeks produktifitas material tertinggi dicapai pada bulan Mei dengan nilai 108,68% dan terendah pada bulan Juni dengan nilai 94,56%, Sedangkan indeks produktifitas tenaga kerja tertinggi pada bulan Mei 2019 dengan nilai 121,47% dan terendah pada bulan Juni yaitu sebesar 87,76%, Indeks produktifitas energi tertinggi pada bulan Mei yaitu sebesar 121,63% dan terendah pada bulan Juni 2019 sebanyak 87,87%, Indeks produktifitas depresiasi tertinggi pada bulan Mei yaitu sebesar 121,76% dan terendah pada bulan Juni dengan nilai sebesar 87,96%, Indeks produktivitas total yang mengalami peningkatan dari bulan dasar yaitu pada bulan Mei sebesar 110,99%, sedangkan indeks produktivitas total yang mengalami penurunan terhadap bulan dasar pada bulan Juni dengan nilai 93,13%. Kata Kunci: Prdoduktivitas, Angka Indeks, Metode Marvin E Mundel ABSTRACT Competition among company in the convection business is measured from the company’s productivity. Hence, in every company, it needs improvement in its performance to be more effective and efficient for achieving the target set by the company. The research is conducted in Creamber Cloth Convection T-Shirt Decaling and Sewing, its objective is to analyze productivity value by setting January 2019 as basic month using Marvin E Mundel method with 6 indicators, which are deflactor, Constant Price, RIP, Agregate Output, Partial Productivity Index, and Total Productivity Index. Based on measurement during the measurement period, it was obtained measurement result: the highest material productivity was achieved with 108,68% value, and the lowest was in June with 94,56% value. While workforce productivity, the highest was in May 2019 with 121,47% value and the lowest was in June with 87,76% value. The highest energy productivity index was on May with 121,63% value and the lowest was on June 2019 with 87,87% value, the highest depreciation index was on May with 121,76% and the lowest was on June with 87,96% value. Total productivity Index experiences increasing trend since May with 110,99% value, while total productivity index decreased in June with 93,13% value.
