Abstract
ABSTRAK Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang bergerak dalam bidang industri, destinasi, pemasaran serta kelembagaan yang menghasilkan jasa bagi mereka yang membutuhkan perjalanan dengan tujuan healing, pleasure dan rekreasi. Kledung merupakan sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Temanggung dengan berbagai potensi yang mulai dikembangkan sebagai daerah peruntukan pariwisata, namun memiliki banyak permasalahan baik dari aspek pengelolaan, aspek lingkungan, sumberdaya, serta penyediaan akomodasi sehingga aktivitas wisata di daerah tersebut kurang berkembang. Masalah inilah yang melatarbelakangi perlunya suatu kajian untuk menganalisis potensi dan permasalahan sehingga dapat mencapai pengembangan sektor pariwisata dengan merancang suatu kawasan resort. Tujuan kajian yaitu mengidentifikasi strategi konsep desain dan implementasinya sehingga potensi yang ada dapat dinikmati secara maksimal oleh pengunjung. Metode perancangan yang digunakan melalui pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder baik dari literatur maupun survei untuk merumuskan konsep yang sesuai agar dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan kondisi lingkungan sehingga menghasilkan suatu penekanan perancangan penginapan dengan konsep boutique resort dengan menghadirkan karakter yang kuat serta pendekatan tactility experience yang menstimulasi seluruh indera baik penglihatan, pendengaran, penciuman, perasa dan peraba. Kata-kunci : boutique, resort, tactility experience ABSTRACT Tourism is one of the sectors engaged in industry, destinations, marketing and institutions that produce services for those who need trips for healing, pleasure and recreation. Kledung is a sub-district in Temanggung Regency with various potentials that have begun to be developed as a designated tourism area, but it has many problems in terms of management, environmental aspects, resources, and accommodation provision so that tourism activities in the area are less developed. This problem is the basis for the consideration of the need for a study to analyze the potential and problems so as to achieve the development of the tourism sector by designing a resort area. The purpose of the study is to identify a design concept strategy and its implementation so that the existing potential can be fully enjoyed by visitors. The design method used is through collecting primary and secondary data from both literature and surveys to formulate appropriate concepts in order to solve existing problems. The data collected is then analyzed based on environmental conditions so as to produce an emphasis on lodging design with the boutique resort concept by presenting a strong character and tactility experience approach that stimulates all senses both sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch.
