Abstract
ABSTRAK Daerah kepulauan Belitung adalah salah satu provinsi yang memiliki 2 kabupaten yaitu; Belitung dan Belitung Timur. Pulau Belitung merupakan kepulauan yang memiliki kawasan wisata bahari di zona biru yang saat ini sedang berkembang dalam pariwisata dan juga masuk ke dalam 10 besar divisi pariwisata nasional di indonesia. Tingkat kepadatan penduduk yang tidak terlalu padat dan sebagai pusat kepulauan wisata bahari yang ada di kepulauan Bangka Belitung dan juga banyak bekas tambang timah maka terjadinya bekas – bekas tambang timah di wilayah – wilayah tersebut, sehingga dinas pariwisata dan pemerintah setempat mencari solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut . Upaya yang sudah dilakukan adalah pengembangan kawasan tambang tersebut menjadi penanaman pohon bakau dan juga reklamasi kawasan tersebut , Untuk mendukung kawasan wisata air tersebut maka di butuhkan daya tarik wisata dan juga fasilitas – fasilitas yang memadai yang dimana akan sebagai tempat wisata air yang baru di Belitung .Wisata air di Belitung Timur belum ada yang mengembangkan di kawasan bekas tambang Arsitektur ekologis adalah salah satu pendekatan dalam merancang kawasan wisata air yang mampu memanfaatkan kawasan alam dan potensi nya dan juga merespon konteks di lingkungan sekitar . Kata Kunci : Kota Belitung Timur , Wisata air , Bekas tambang , Arsitektur Ekologis. ABSTRACT The area of the Belitung archipelago is one of the provinces that has 2 districts, namely; Belitung and Belitung Timur. Belitung Island is an archipelago that has a marine tourism area in the blue zone which is currently developing in tourism and is also included in the top 10 of the national tourism division in Indonesia. The level of population density is not too dense and as the center of the marine tourism archipelago in the Bangka Belitung islands and there are also many former tin mines in these areas, so the tourism office and the local government are looking for solutions to overcome these problems. Efforts that have been made are the development of the mining area into mangrove planting and reclamation of the area. To support the water tourism area, it is necessary to have a tourist attraction and also adequate facilities which will serve as a new water tourism site in Belitung. Water tourism in East Belitung has not yet developed in the ex-mining area. Ecological architecture is one approach in designing water tourism areas that are able to utilize natural areas and their potential and also respond to the context in the surrounding environment.
