Abstract
ABSTRAK Sentra Industri dan Pusat Oleh-oleh Carica Desa Dieng Wetan Kabupaten Wonosobo adalah sebuah ruang perancangan kawasan sentra industri dan pusat belanja oleh-oleh khas Dieng. Kawasan Sentra industri dan Pusat Oleh-Oleh ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan menjual hasil olahan buah khas Dieng yaitu Carica. Perancangan sentra industri dan Pusat Oleh-oleh Carica ini bertujuan untuk memberikan fasilitas bagi produsen carica rumahan agar mempunyai fasilitas berupa tempat produksi dan pemasaran sendiri. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam merancang kawasan ini yaitu menggunakan Pedekatan Arsitektur Neo-Vernakular dengan tujuan melestarikan unsur lokal yang kemudian sedikit atau banyak mengalami pembaruan yang lebih modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode yang mengacu pada potensi buah carica sebagai tanaman khas, metode ini juga dilandasi dengan pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari dinas pariwisata, internet, referensi tugas akhir terdahulu dan pengamatan langsung. Analisis data juga digunakan dalam metode ini yaitu berupa analisis tapak, dan analisis ruang atau programing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan hasil berupa pengaturan zonasi, hubungan antar ruang, respon terhadap klimatologi, dan aksebilitas. Kata kunci: Arsitektur Neo-Vernakular, Sentra Industri, Pusat Oleh-Oleh ABSTRACT The Industrial Center and Souvenir Center for Carica, Dieng Wetan Village, Wonosobo Regency is a design space for an industrial center and shopping center for Dieng specialties. This industrial center and souvenir center area aims to make and sell the typical Dieng fruit, namely Carica. The design of the industrial center and the Carica Souvenir Center aims to provide facilities for home carica producers to have facilities in the form of their own production and marketing sites. The approach used in designing this area is to use the Neo-Vernacular Architectural Approach with the aim of preserving local elements which later underwent more modern reforms. The method used is a method that refers to the potential of the carica fruit as a typical plant. This method is also based on data collection obtained from the tourism office, the internet, references to previous final assignments and direct observation. Data analysis is also used in this method, namely in the form of site analysis and spatial analysis or programming. This research produces results in the form of zoning arrangements, relationships between spaces, response to climatology, and accessibility.
