Abstract
ABSTRAK Permasalahan kota akibat dari pertambahan penduduk serta pertumbuhan ekonomi salah satu masalahnya adalah sistem transportasi, sehingga dituntut adanya sistem pelayanan transportasi yang baik untuk menunjang kelancaran pertumbuhan pengembangan kota itu sendiri, sehingga untuk mengantisipasi masalah tersebut perlu adanya fasilitas pelayanan transportasi yang Efektif dan Efisien. Untuk mewujudkan sistem pelayanan transportasi yang Efektif dan Efisien perlu adanya perencanaan pembangunan yang dilakukan secara terpadu, terkoordinasi dan sesuai dengan perkembangan serta tuntutan pembangunan yang ada pada derah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan yaituRedesain yang mana metode tersebut memperbaharui suatu bangunan. Metode perancangan pada bangunan yaitu contextual design berupa kondisi lingkungan, bangunan terhadap kawasan, dan respon terhadap tapak. Hal yang mendukung perancangan bangunan adalah panduan-panduan yang berkaitan dengan standar acuan stasiun transit. Transport Hub dapat menjadi solusi terjadinya perpindahan dan mobilitas secara berkelanjutan dan memaksimalkan penggunaan transportasi publik. Transport Hub menjadi pelopor tempat kerja yang berorientasi transit dan mendorong penggunanya untuk lebih menggunakan transportasi publik guna mengurangi polusi dan kemacetan. Dalam memenuhi pelayanan dan fasilitas membutuhkan tema Mobility Hub untuk memenuhi beberapa faktor yang harus terpenuhi dalam Terminal, seperti halte bus, zona transit, taksi/mpu, sewa sepeda, car park, wi-fi, ,parkir sepeda, ritel, dan ruang terbuka. Kata kunci: Transportasi, Redesain, Mobility Hub, Transport Hub ABSTRACT City problems due to population growth and economic growth, one of the problems is the transportation system, so that a good transportation service system is required to support the smooth growth of the city development itself. To anticipate this problem, it is necessary to have transportation service facilities that are effective and efficient. To realize an Effective and Efficient transportation service system, it is necessary to have development planning which is integrated, coordinated and in accordance with the development and development demands of the area. The method used in the design is redesign, where the method is to renew a building. The design method for buildings is contextual design in the form of environmental conditions, the building's area, and the response to the site. What supports building design are guidelines related to transit station reference standards. The Transport Hub can be a solution for movement and mobility in a sustainable manner and maximizing the use of public transportation. Transport Hub is a pioneer in transit-oriented workplaces and encourages its users to use public transportation more to reduce pollution and congestion. In fulfilling services and facilities, the theme of Mobility Hub is needed to fulfill several factors that must be fulfilled in the terminal, such as bus stops, transit zones, taxis / MPUs, bicycle rental, car parks, wi-fi, bicycle parking, retail and open spaces.
