Abstract
ABSTRAK Kabupaten Tuban merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang memiliki potensi kota wisata religi yang cukup baik. Berdasarkan data Pemprov Jatim 2015, wisata religi menjadi destinasi terbesar penyumbang wisatawan sekaligus menjadikan sesuatu yang positif bagi dunia priwisata. Di dalam Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tuban Tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Tuban tahun 2012 – 2032, dalam pasal 10 dan 11 menyebutkan bahwa wilayah Masjid Al Falah terletak di kawasan pusat perkotaan yang selanjutnya menjadi pusat kegiatan wilayah atau PKW. Dalam pasal 12 disebutkan bahwa salah satu peruntukan PKW adalah sebagai pusat peribadatan (Islamic Center). Background Tuban sebagai bumi wali, maka idealnya kota ini harus benar-benar memiliki budaya Islam lebih kental. Sebagai penerus perjuangan wali, untuk mengangkat identitas kota Tuban sebagai kota Religi maupun bumi wali. Maka dibutuhkanlah Islamic Center sebagai pusat peradaban di kota Tuban untuk mengangkat identitas kota Tuban sebagai kota Religi. Secara fisik, Islamic Center berperan sebagai wadah kegiatan untuk berbagai aktivitas religious maupun aktivitas public social yang begitu luas pada suatu area. Pendekatan Konektivitas antar ruang public yang menjawab permasalahan pada pencapaian, kesenjangan, continuitas antar kegiatan religious dengan kegiatan public social, sehingga pendekatan ini sesuai untuk diterapkan pada kasus Islamic Center Masjid Al Falah Tuban. Metode yang digunakan dalam Perancangan Islamic Center, lebih menekankan kepada permasalahan apa yang ada pada kawasan objek rancangan yakni pada kawasan Masjid Al Falah. Selain itu terdapat beberapa literatur yang dapat digunakan dan menjadi standar dalam Perancangan Islamic Center. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan rancangan Islamic Center yang tidak hanya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan religi, namun juga mampu menyediakan fasilitas public social. Kata kunci: Bumi Wali, Islamic Center, Religi, Konektivitas Ruang Publik. ABSTRACT Tuban Regency is one of the regencies in East Java Province which has quite good potential for a religious tourism city. Based on data from the East Java provincial government in 2015, religious tourism is the largest contributor to tourists and at the same time makes something positive for the world of tourism. In the Tuban Regency Regional Regulation concerning the 2012-2032 Tuban Regency Spatial Planning, articles 10 and 11 state that the Al Falah Mosque area is located in an urban center area which then becomes the center of regional activities. Article 12 states that one of the PKW uses is as a center of worship (Islamic Center). With Tuban as a guardian earth, ideally this city should really have a thicker Islamic culture. As a continuation of the guardian's struggle, to promote the identity of the city of Tuban as a religious city and as a guardian earth. So an Islamic Center is needed as the center of civilization in the city of Tuban to elevate the identity of the city of Tuban as a city of religion. Physically, the Islamic Center acts as a forum for activities for various religious activities as well as public social activities that are so broad in an area. The connectivity approach between public spaces answers the problems of achievement, gaps, continuity between religious activities and public social activities, so this approach is suitable to be applied in the case of the Islamic Center of the Al Falah Tuban Mosque. The method used in the design of the Islamic Center emphasizes more on what problems exist in the design object area, namely the Al Falah Mosque area. In addition, there are some literatures that can be used and become standards in Islamic Center Design. So that it can produce an Islamic Center design that is not only able to meet religious needs, but also be able to provide public social facilities.
