Abstract
ABSTRAK Kabupaten Pacitan merupakan Kabupaten yang memiliki berbagai macam objek wisata Yang memiliki selogan “Paradise of Java”. Potensi wisata di Kabupaten Pacitan khususnya di Pantai teleng Ria, yang memiliki potensi dalam kepariwisataan dan belum terealisasikan dari segi pemberdayaan di sektor penginapan berupa Resort. Perancangan Resort Di Kawasan Pantai Teleng Ria Kabupaten Pacitan ditujukan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian daerah. Metode Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam bangunan Resort ini adalah pendekatan Healing Enverontment, dimana pendekatan ini dapat memprcepat waktu pemulihan kesehatan seseorang. Perubahan gaya hidup setiap orang dan efek samping dari moderenisasi menyebabkan stress serta berbagai macam penyakit. Dimana Pendekatan Healing environtment dirasa tepat sebagai pendekatan dalam perancangan. Dengan keadaan Pacitan yang masih tergolong alami, ditambah wisata pantai yang masih bersih dan asri sangat digemari oleh wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara. Tujuan dari perancangan Resort ini untuk Merancang sebuah Resort yang nyaman yang khususnya terletak di pantai Teleng Ria Pacitan. Yang dapat mewadahi dan memberikan fasilitas yang cocok untuk wisatawan local maupun domestic dengan Konsep Healing Environtment dihadirkan melalui fungsi dan konsep suasana yang akan terbentuk dalam bangunan. Kata kunci: Healing Environment; Arsitektur; Resort ABSTRACT Pacitan Regency is a district that has various kinds of tourist objects which have the slogan "Paradise of Java". Tourism potential in Pacitan Regency, especially in Teleng Ria Beach, has potential in tourism and has not been realized in terms of empowerment in the lodging sector in the form of resorts. Resort design in Teleng Ria Beach, Pacitan Regency is aimed at improving the regional economy. The approach method used in this resort building is the Healing Enverontment approach, where this approach can speed up one's health recovery time. Changes in the lifestyle of everyone and the side effects of modernization cause stress and various diseases and the Healing Environment Approach is considered appropriate as an approach in design. Pacitan's condition is still relatively natural, plus beach tourism that is still clean and beautiful is very popular with domestic and foreign tourists. The purpose of designing this Resort is to design a comfortable Resort which is especially located on the beach of Teleng Ria Pacitan which can accommodate and provide suitable facilities for local and domestic tourists with the Healing Environment Concept presented through the function and atmosphere concept that will be formed in the building.
