Abstract

ABSTRAK Pusat Hortikultura dan Tanaman Pangan Kabupaten Mojokerto merupakan salah satu aspek pendukung dalam perkembangan industri Pertanian. Hanya terdapat 1 lembaga penelitian pertanian yang ada di Mojokerto sehingga menyebabkan proses perkembangan pertanian sedikit lambat. Dengan jumlah lahan pertanian dan jumlah petani yang banyak sehingga dibutuhkan fasilitas penelitian dan pengolahan pasca panen yang baik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar dan menjaga keseimbangan harga dipasar. Perancangan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan segala aspek bangunan industri pertanian. Memberikan unsur – unsur rekreatif untuk menunjang fungsi – fungsi dalam area Pusat Hortikultura dan Tanaman Pangan Kata kunci: Hortikultura, Tanaman Pangan, Industri, Rekreatif ABSTRACT The Center for Horticulture and Food Crops in Mojokerto Regency is one of the supporting aspects in the development of the agricultural industry. There is only 1 agricultural research institute in Mojokerto, which causes the process of agricultural development to be a little slow. With the large number of agricultural land and the number of farmers, good research and post-harvest processing facilities are needed to meet market needs and maintain a balanced market price. The design is carried out by considering all aspects of agricultural industrial buildings that provide recreational elements to support functions in the area of the Horticulture and Food Crops Center.
