Abstract
ABSTRAK Perancangan Hotel & Resort Kawasan wisata waduk darma ditujukan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian Daerah khususnya bagi pemerintah maupun warga sekitar dari segi bisnis komersial/ekonomi sehingga akan berdampak positif terhadap pembangunan ke depannya yang akan dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Kuningan dengan menerapkan pendekatan neo-vernakular. Adanya peningkatan jumlah wisata dan pendapatan di sektor hotel, sehingga menjadikan dasar perancangan resort ini. Saat ini tempat wisata menjadi sebuah tren masa kini sehingga harus didukung dengan fasilitas dan prasarana yang memadai. Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan adalah kota yang masih kental dengan budaya lokalnya sehingga perlu pendekatan yang kental dengan unsur kebudayannya, di sisi lain para pengunjung ingin mendapatkan kenyamanan dan udara yang sejuk karena lokasinya yang berada di Kawasan Gunung Ciremai. Perancangan resort dengan pendekatan neo-vernakular yang memiliki arti menggabungkan budaya tradisional dengan budaya modern. Perancangan resort ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif berupa tempat penginapan bagi pengunjung wisatawan. Kata kunci: Arsitektur Neo-vernakular, Hotel, Kawasan Gunung ciremai, Resort, Wisata ABSTRACT The design of hotels & resorts in the Darma reservoir tourist area is aimed at improving the regional economy, especially for the government and local residents in terms of commercial / economic business so that it will have a positive impact on future development which will be carried out in Kuningan Regency by applying the neo-vernacular approach. An increase in the number of tourism and revenue in the hotel sector is the basis for the design of this resort. Currently, tourist attractions are becoming a contemporary trend so that they must be supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. Kuningan Regency is a city that is still thick with its local culture so that it needs a strong approach to its cultural elements, on the other hand, visitors want to get comfort and cool air because of its location in the Mount Ciremai area. The resort design uses a neo-vernacular approach which means combining traditional culture with modern culture.
