Abstract
ABSTRAK Proses perakitan memiliki peran penting bagi perusahaan industri, dimana proses perakitan dipengaruhi oleh hasil produksi. PT Cahaya Globalindo Prima merupakan perusahaan industri yang memasok dan penyedia lampu module, lampu Sorot dan lampu LED lainnya serta memproduksi lampu penererangan jalan umum tenaga surya (PJU-TS) dengan menggunakan baterai lifepo 4. Perusahaan memproduksi lampu dengan bahan baku untama baterai sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen, maka dari itu bahan baterai yang dipesan pun disesuaikan dengan jumlah pemesanan lampu yang akan diproduksi sehingga perusahaan sangat berhati-hati pada proses perakitan baterai, jika terjadi kesalahan maka perusahaan akan memesan bahan baku baterai kembali dan konsumen menunggu semakin lama. Pada saat penelitian masih terdapat beberapa kecacatan produk baterai lifepo 4 yang sangat menghambat proses perakitan sehingga harus adanya usulan perbaikan yang cocok seperti menggunakan metode pengambilan keputusan dengan AHP dan ME-MCDM sebagai usulan perbaikan yang pada penelitian ini menemukan beberapa faktor kecacatan rangking pertama dan seterusnya sebagai berikut: diperlukan pemasangan AC dengan nilai pertama tertinggi 0.240, mengatur ulang SOP rangkin kedua dengan nilai 0.237, melakukan maintenance setiap bulan mendapat rangking ketiga dengan nilai 0.162 dan melakuakan penyesuan jam kerja mendapat rangking keempat dengan nilai 0.102. Usulan perbaikan dilakukan dengan memprioritaskan dari nilai terbesar hingga nilai terkecil sesuai dengan yang diusulkan. Kata kunci: Produksi, AHP, MCDM ABSTRACT Assembly process has an important role for industrial companies, where the assembly process is influenced by production results. PT Cahaya Globalindo Prima is an industrial company that supplies and provides module lamps, spotlights and other LED lamps and produces solar street lighting (PJU-TS) using lifepo batteries 4. The company produces lamps with raw materials for batteries according to customer’s demand. Therefore, the battery material ordered is adjusted to lamps amount which will be produced. The company is very careful in the battery assembly process, if an error occurs, the company will order battery raw material again and the consumers will wait longer. In the research, there were still several defects in Lifepo 4 battery which greatly hampered the assembly process, so there must be a suitable improvement proposal such as: using decision making method with AHP and ME-MCDM. It is a suggestion for improvement which in this study found several defect factors in sequence order as the following: it is necessary to install air conditioning with 0.240 values as the highest; resetting the second SOP with 0.237 value as the second; doing maintenance every month with 0.162 value as the third; and adjusting working hours with 0.102 value as the fourth. Proposals for improvement are made by prioritizing from the largest to the smallest value as proposed. Keywords: Production, AHP, MCDM
