Abstract
ABSTRAK Perancangan Sentra Industri Gerabah Sebagai Objek Daerah Tujuan Wisata Desa Rendeng Kecamatan Malo Kabupaten Bojonegoro merupakan suatu ide bagi masyarakat Desa Rendeng untuk melakukan kegiatan terpusat yang mencakup pengolahan dan pemasaran gerabah dengan mengandalkan minat pengunjung yang terwadahi dalam satu ruang dengan menggunakan konsep Eko Arsitektur yakni konsep yang memperhatikan hubungan timbal balik antara alam dan lingkungan. Latar belakang permasalahan adalah industri gerabah desa Rendeng yang mengalami kendala dalam proses produksi. Kendala yakni cuaca, iklim dan sarana prasarana. Keunggulan gerabah Rendeng dibuktikan melalui BEKRAF dan peningkatan jumlah pengrajin maupun jumlah produksinya. pemerintah kabupaten bojonegoro memproyeksikan desa Rendeng sebagai sentra industri gerabah dan wisata Bojonegoro. Metode dalam perancangan sentra industri adalah rational approach yang dapat diselesaikan dengan pendekatan Eko-arsitektur. Metode perancangan pada site dalah persona (role) yang mengacu pada wilayah desa Rendeng Kecamatan Malo.. Hasil perancangan bangunan sentra industri berkonsep eko arsitektur menerapkan beberapa aspek yang dapat merespon permasalahan lingkungan, Diantaranya bencana banjir, polusi udara, keterbatasan produksi disaat musim hujan dan tidak tersedianya sarana prasarana pemasaran dan wisata. Perancangan sentra industri gerabah di desa Rendeng diharapkan menjadi solusi permasalahan industri, memajukan sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana di desa rendeng sehingga mempermudah kegiatan pemasaran, produksi dan wisata di Desa Rendeng. Kata Kunci: Industri, Wisata, Eko Arsitektur ABSTRACT The design of the Pottery Industry Center as a Regional Object for Tourism in Rendeng Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency is an idea for the people of Rendeng Village to carry out centralized activities that include processing and marketing pottery by relying on the interest of visitors who are accommodated in one space using the concept of Eco Architecture, namely the concept that pays attention to the reciprocal relationship between nature and the environment. The background to the problem is the pottery industry in Rendeng village, which is experiencing problems in the production process. Constraints are weather, climate and infrastructure. The excellence of Rendeng pottery is proven through BEKRAF and the increase in the number of craftsmen and the number of production. Bojonegoro district government projects Rendeng village to become the center of the Bojonegoro pottery and tourism industry. The method in designing industrial centers is a rational approach which can be solved by an eco-architecture approach. The design method at the site is a persona (role) which refers to the area of the village of Rendeng, Malo District. The design results of an industrial center with an eco-architecture concept apply several aspects that can respond to environmental problems, including flood disasters, air pollution, limited production during the rainy season and not. availability of marketing and tourism infrastructure. The design of the pottery industry center in Rendeng village is expected to be a solution to industrial problems, advance human resources and infrastructure in Rendeng village so as to facilitate marketing, production and tourism activities in Rendeng Village.
