Abstract
ABSTRACT Citra Madina Clinic is a public health services business. The services cover General Poly services, childbirth, laboratory examinations, reproductive health, family planning, hypnotherapy, immunization, and infant massage and circumcision. The existing system at Citra Madina Clinic is still carried out conventionally or still using paper media, such as in managing patient data, medical records, and payment transactions reports. It may cause damaged or lost data. At first, it was not a problem for the clinic; however, since the number of patients per day increasing, the clinic was now starting overwhelmed in managing patient data and financial administration recapitulation. Therefore, it is necessary to create an administrative information system to meet the needs of the Citra Madina Clinic in managing existing data and transactions to provide excellent service to patients. This system was created based on a website with PHP, i.e. the Web Programming Language itself. Presentation of information in web form makes easier for employees to access it.
