Abstract
ABSTRACT Employee recruitment information systems could help minimizing the time of the recruitment process. Recruitment is the process of finding workers in an agency or companies who meet existing criteria or conditions and being able to work well. There are several ways in carrying out the labor recruitment process, such as promotion or dissemination of information regarding recruitment, the stages in conducting recruitment, announcing the results of employee recruitment itself. This research was conducted to build an employee recruitment information system in a Condong Catur Hospital. Condong Hospital (RSCC) is a D type public hospital that was established by PT. Karya Mitra Pratama. It was inaugurated on June 30, 2006 and has a permanent operational permit from Sleman Health Office. The purpose of this study is to assist HRD in providing recommendations for the best applicants to the Head of the relevant unit and to announce the final results of employee recruitment itself quickly and easily. The result of this research is an employee recruitment information system could facilitate the recruitment process itself and minimize time used. Keywords: Information Systems, Recruitment
