Abstract
ABSTRACT Many Data were processed and organized at CV. MX Compute. Data processing activities were in the form of collecting documents, recording transactions, making reports and so on. In an effort to support and to improve work synergy and smoothness in data processing, CV. MX Komputer used computers in the sales process, but the process of checking stock items and transaction reports cannot be accessed remotely. Computer system used in data processing was out of date, where data cannot be stored in one storage and service work status with unknown computer. This system is considered less than optimal because it can cause delays in handling and retrieval of services due to lost service data, making it difficult to confirm to consumers. These problems were solved by designing and building a computer sale and service management information system as an application form of the proposed solution to process service and integrate data. Data stored in the database was useful in data access and expediting work operational activities. This computer sales and service management information system is a web-based information system using the Hypertext PreProcessor (PHP) and programming language and MySQL as a database or data storage. This system development design model uses Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Data Flow Diagram (DFD) for the system design process. Web-based information system functions to assist officers in the service process and computer sales to make it easier for officers to find out targets and service work status.
