Abstract
ABSTRACT Yogyakarta Health Office is a government agency engaged in the health sector under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. In the Province of D.I.Yogyakarta, a lot of information is discussed such as health, including a doctor's office, especially a dentist. Many unofficial dentist practice places called illegal practices or malpractice. The socialization efforts of the Health Office are still insufficient in informing it. Therefore, mapping the dentist's practice place using this Geographical Information System provides information services to the public to avoid being victims of dental malpractice. Presentation of information in web form makes it easier for people to access it. The design of the maps displayed in this system uses MapBox as a map and Leaflet as the Javascript library. The software used in building this system was PHP (Pear Hypertext Preprocessor) as the programming language, MySQL as the database server, SublimeText as a support. The mapping of dentist practice places using this geographic information system provided information to the public regarding officially licensed dentist practices.
