Abstract
The mosque is a worship place for Muslims. A good mosque provides good management to achieve the welfare of mosque congregations. Thus, it is necessary to contribute financially which is commonly put it in the charity box. However, the charity box thieves are increasing lately. Therefore, it is needed a tool or a system to prevent the theft of charity boxes and to make it easier for mosque administrators to monitor the safety of the charity boxes. This study aims to design and build a mosque charity box safety device with emergency notifications in accordance with the system experiment and the notification which is sent directly to the mosque’s keeper smartphone. The system notifies him with a buzzer sounds to give panic effect to the thief who wanted to take the charity box. Keywords: Charity Box, Emergency Notifications, Android System
