Abstract
ABSTRACT The rapid technology development that is followed by wide range implementation opens opportunity for institution or organization particularly in education. Senior High School needs an access, management, and utilizes information effectively, efficiently, and accurately. Those things can make a school performance becomes fasten in its service. One of them is counseling, the system can record student development during studying in the school. The designing of counseling system is developed using some software, which are Sublime programming language using PHP-MySQL database and made in some database stages, requirement analysis, designing display, implementation, and testing. It is expected that the result will be in the form of counseling information system software to ease the students and teachers in recording complete data about the students, presence data, violation data, special data for student’s problems and student’s counseling.
