Abstract

Employees have a very important role in efforts to improve quality and competitiveness in realizing superior employees. In the past month the selection of the best employees was held to give awards to employees aiming for better employee performance because of the awards given by the company. Of the many employees judged by their good performance and loyalty to the chosen company the best one of all employee alternatives. This study aims to determine the best employee selection and selection procedures at Jogjabay Store Yogyakarta and to produce a decision support system for selecting the best employees based on the needs of the Jogjabay Store. In determining the best employees at the Jogjabay Store, the system uses the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method by using criteria that are already in the Jogjabay Store, namely discipline, behavior, responsibility, appearance, teamwork, greeting and management decisions. Based on research and discussion, the application of determining the best Jogjabay Store employees with the SAW method can be used to help determine the best employees in accordance with the criteria set by the Jogjabay Store.
