Abstract

Currently the learning process of children can not only be done by memorizing at school, but also obtained from other media such as playing games. The purpose of playing games is to give an alternative media so that children can satisfy their desire to play by utilizing advances in information technology. The games can be played in android smartphones. However, playing too many games has an unfavorable impact on children. One of which is the presentation of the game that should consider the age of the children. From this impact, an educational game is made so that children get positive results from playing games. In this study, researcher tries to make an educational game of Lampung Script which has the features of writing, drawing, listening and playing. The educational game is to make the children play and at the same time learn so that learning feels more enjoyable. The testing technique in this study is in the form of a black box test and beta testing which is tested on several smartphones with different specifications. The test results show that the application can run smoothly and it can be used as a reference in learning the Lampung Script. Keywords: Lampung Script, Android, Games, Learning.
