Abstract
The increasingly rapid development of technology and science makes more human activities in the fields of economics, politics, culture, art and in other fields . Hence, the role of computers and the internet is very large, especially in the economic sector. The sales records at Central Iron Shop, Gombong Kab. Kebumen still use a manual system. They write down every sale. The sales of goods are sometimes not recorded so that the profits obtained from the sales in a day or a month are unknown. The sales information system can help owners and employees in recording the transactions. It also becomes one of the media to carry out activities that can improve their business activities. Thus, it is necessary to build a sales information system to record all transactions in Pendawa Building Shop. Keywords: system, sales, information, client-server
