Abstract
Bengkel BOS is a workshop which has some branches in Jakarta and Yogyakarta. It is a big enough workshop and it often has a lot of customers. It provides many kinds of services that make many sparepart sales and it also sells many tires. However, the number of employees especially the technicians is still limited. It also still uses manual inventory system at the end of month. The stocks of spareparts and tires are written on a paper. It takes a long time. Whereas. The workshop has many customer who sometimes do not like to wait for long time. The condition makes the technicians work in a hurry. It makes unrecord stocks. Therefore, it is necessarry to make a system that can make inventory easier. The system records the sparepart with barcode scanner and cuts the stock in system so that it reduces mistake and minus of the sparepart. The administration system is also simple to use.
