Abstract
“Balita” is an abbreviation for “bawah lima tahun” or under five year children. It is a time when the child's brain is experiencing rapid growth. This period is also commonly known as the golden age. To make the balita or toddler grow into intelligent children, parents must provide comprehensive stimulation both in terms of health, nutritional adequacy, parenting and education. In daily practice, nutritional status is obtained through anthropometric measurements at posyandu. Generally people use the BB / U index or body weight compared to age to determine the nutritional status of children under five. This study aims to facilitate the determination of the nutritional status of toddlers using data mining with the naïve bayes classifier (NBC) algorithm. The system is built with PHP programming language and mySQL database. The Naïve Bayes method works by calculating the opportunities of one class from each group of attributes and determining which class is the most optimal, meaning that the grouping can be done based on the category that the user enters in the software. Balita or toddler nutrition classification is implemented to make it easier to determine toddler nutrition. Keywords: Naïve Bayes Classifier, Nutrition Classification, Toddler
